Strawberry Ginger Smoothie

On your next vacation to Costa Rica, you need to try our famous Strawberry Ginger Smoothie. While refreshing and tasty, the ginger gives you a little natural zing. Our fruit smoothies do it all, and many are low-calorie so you can stick to your diet goals.

Strawberry Ginger Smoothie
Gluten free, vegan, no sugar added
Serves 1


– 1 cup of strawberry or one banana
– 1/4 cup of honey
– 1 cup of ice
– 1/2 cup of yogurt
– 1 teaspoon of fresh cut ginger, or more to taste
– 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of water. less water will make it thicker.


Blend until smooth
Filter to remove any remaining chunks or fibers
Garnish with a fresh strawberry
Serve fresh from the blender, or serve over ice
