We were extremely lucky to have an in-studio photographer for this One-Month Immersion Yoga Teacher Training at Blue Osa. Throughout the month, Dan captured photos and highlighted those special moments that made the yoga teacher training experience so memorable. Each day during the training, we featured one photo a day on the Blue Osa Facebook page. Looking back on the slideshow of moments captured during the month, we knew we absolutely had to share them here, too! Have a look, and then let us know if these photos don’t make YOU want to sign up for the next yoga teacher training immersion program in Costa Rica!

What are you most excited about for Yoga Teacher Training?
“The fact that we’re all here doing it together the whole time. My last teacher training I had work, class, the commute, other responsibilities… Here it is completely different. We get to stay in the moment, apply what we’ve learned. Even when I’m not in the classroom, I am learning so much – I’m already emotional about it after only one day.” – Jeff

What are you most excited about for Yoga Teacher Training? “I’m most excited about learning about how yoga can heal the body. This stems from working with my parents and my husbands parents and wanting to help them transform their bodies to get a better quality of life. But also, not just to help them, but to help anyone who needs healing, and who doesn’t need a little healing?” – Jess
What a journey today has been! Morning practice in a giant wooden pavilion in the middle of the jungle was followed by a slippery but beautiful hike to the beach and a waterfall. Pura Vida!

“May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.”
Though we came from different backgrounds, different countries and for different reasons, now we leave this place as one. Thank you so much for this life changing month and may you forever remember the light of the beauty within you.
