Most people do not know that the best restaurant in Southeast Asia is at the Manor in New Delhi. The Manor is a luxury boutique hotel, located in the lush area of Friends Colony in New Delhi, India.

Adam and I discovered The Manor on a journey to India to prepare for our Blue Osa Journey to the Himalayas. In The Manor, is a restaurant called Indian Accent, which is the best restaurant in Southeast Asia.

Awarded the best restaurant all India by Time Out, Restaurant Indian Accent showcases Indian food for the 21st century with a path-breaking contemporary menu. It is a unique marriage of global ingredients and techniques with the flavors and traditions of India that is sure to excite the adventurous, yet satisfy traditional palates.

Some of the dishes on the menu include foie gras stuffed galawat, masala miso scottish salmon, masala wild mushrooms, achaari New Zealand lamb shank.

We invite you to join us on this food tasting journey in India during our next journey and enjoy the best restaurant in Southeast Asia.
