Moist and Delicious Banana Bread (Gluten Free! + Vegan)

Gluten Free Banana Bread

From the Kitchen of Blue Osa
Gluten free, wheat free, sugar-free, fat-free

Ingredients
  1. 4 eggs
  2. 3 medium overly ripe bananas, mashed
  3. 1/4 cup coconut milk
  4. 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  5. 2 tsp Baking Soda
  6. 2 1/4 cups almond flour
  7. 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  8. 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. In a bowl, mix eggs, banana, coconut milk, and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  4. Combine both mixtures and stir until well incorporated.
  5. Grease a bread pan and pour in batter.
  6. Bake for 35-50 minutes
