About Your Yoga Instructors:

Cindy Blanchard

I was immediately captivated by the physical benefits of Yoga; but I soon realized that it incorporates so much more than the poses.

Throughout my yoga journey I have been able to build endurance, flexibility and mental health awareness which has given me a sense of gratitude, peacefulness, and STRENGTH.

I have connected to my faith on a deeper level which has guided me to lead with love, compassion, and hope. Every time we step onto the mat; it is an opportunity to connect with ourselves by putting ourselves first.
