You must complete a book report each for The Heart of Yoga, The Royal Path, Perfect Health, and Stop Stretching!

OPTIONAL – Add The Secret Of The Yoga Sutra and The Practice of the Yoga Sutra to your library. These books are ONLY the first and second chapters of the yoga sutras (there are four in total). Yogi Aaron will refer to them a lot during our sutra discussions.
