If available, you may download your books on iBooks or Kindle. If downloaded, you do not need to bring them in hard copy.

1. Stop Stretching! A New Yogic Approach To Master Your Body and Live Pain-Free by Yogi Aaron (This is the ONLY book you are required to bring with you to Blue Osa for your training.)
2. Four Chapters on Freedom by Swami Satyananda Saraswati.
3. The Royal Path by Swami Rama
4. The Heart of Yoga by T.K.V. Desikachar

You must complete a book report each for The Heart of Yoga, The Royal Path, and Stop Stretching!

OPTIONAL – You may replace The Four Chapters on Freedom with The Secret Of The Yoga Sutra and The Practice of the Yoga Sutra. These books are ONLY the first and second chapters of the yoga sutras (there are four in total). Yogi Aaron will refer to them a lot during our sutra discussions.
