At Blue Osa, we practice yoga because it makes us happier. It’s that simple.
We encourage all of our guests, those who have a home practice and those who do not, to enhance the quality of their Blue Osa getaway by participating in both private and group yoga experiences. For guests not traveling with a group, we offer all levels of yoga taught by our instructors who are trained in the hatha-tradition. All of our instructors are also knowledgeable in the Vinyasa, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, and Kundalini traditions. All sessions can include asana – poses, pranayama – breathing exercises, and guided meditation to create a more profound experience.

If you crave the 1-on-1 attention of an intimate experience, work with a private yoga instructor to guide you with their trained eye and develop a personal practice in this 7-day package. Together you will increase your strength, stability and comfort on your life’s path.
Your yoga teacher will take an in-depth analysis of where you are – in life and in yoga, before creating the personalized practice to meet your specific needs. Adding this daily practice to your stay will give your trip a grounded quality that is sure to stay with you long after you leave Blue Osa.
Already have a home practice you love? Continue it on your own at Blue Osa against the setting of the ocean. All guests have daily access to our open-air, yoga studio –– provided that a session is not in progress. In addition, you have complimentary access to yoga blocks, blankets, straps, chairs, sandbags and yoga slings. For a nominal fee, yoga mats are available for daily or weekly rental.

This 75-min session may be used exclusively for yourself OR split between yourself and a fellow-traveler. If you want to deepen your personal yoga practice, we recommend gifting yourself an entire session.
Price: $99 for 1-session OR $259 for a 3-session package
When retreats are not being held at Blue Osa, we offer a daily morning yoga class taught by our in-house yoga instructors. Guests who book through our website are welcome, free of charge.
Class frequency is subject to staff availability.
We are fortunate to host a variety of exceptional yoga instructors and retreat leaders throughout the year at Blue Osa. If retreat-sponsored classes are being held during your stay, you will have the option of participating in most circumstances.
