Return to Self is a thoughtfully curated retreat designed for those craving space to slow down and reconnect.

Blue Osa’s natural beauty, ocean air, and grounded rhythm of life create the perfect environment to recalibrate your nervous system and come back to center.

Each day will include mindful vinyasa flow, grounding movement, restorative practices, meditation, breath work, and spacious time to simply be. Guests will also experience a specialty yoga workshop designed to deepen embodied awareness and intentional living.

There will be generous free time to swim in the ocean, journal, rest in a hammock, explore the jungle, or simply enjoy stillness.

This retreat is not about doing more.

It’s about softening, recalibrating, and returning home to yourself with clarity and steadiness.

About Your Instructor

Chia Yi Chu

Chia Yi Chu is the owner of Studio YOU Yoga in Greenwood, Indiana. Her yoga journey began in Taiwan, where she studied with Indian Yoga Masters who introduced her to the transformative power of the practice beyond the physical body.

She completed her teacher training in 2014 at Invoke Yoga in Indianapolis and has been organizing and leading yoga retreats since 2022. Through guiding retreats in various locations, Chia has developed a deep appreciation for creating intentional spaces where students can slow down, reconnect, and reset.

Costa Rica holds a special place in her heart. The rhythm of nature, the warmth of the people, and the spirit of pura vida beautifully align with her philosophy of mindful living and embodied presence.

Chia’s teaching blends strength and softness, emphasizing nervous-system regulation, accessible movement, and reconnecting to the body with compassion and awareness. She creates grounded, welcoming spaces where students feel supported, seen, and empowered.

Her mission is simple: to help people feel better in their bodies, calmer in their minds, and more joyful in their lives.

Dawn McClimon

Dawn McClimon is a Homecare Physical Therapist and yoga teacher who found consistent yoga practice in 2020 at Studio YOU Yoga. During uncertain times, yoga became her anchor — supporting both her mental well-being and her professional growth.

She completed her yoga teacher training in 2021 to deepen her understanding of movement and healing. Dawn integrates her physical therapy expertise into safe, creative flows that support strength, balance, flexibility, and back health.

With warmth and lightheartedness, she guides students with accessibility and challenge — always reminding them of one simple rule: keep breathing.
