Through a week-long immersive experience set in the peaceful surroundings of Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula, your body-mind will find renewed equilibrium. Blue Osa provides the backdrop and container as we rise each day to meditate, participate in extended yoga practices and eat healthy, fresh food. You’ll have plenty of time to rest or explore on short excursions with friends, familiar or new. Joanna’s accessible and down-to-earth instruction will slowly work its magic, unfolding over a leisurely six days of practice.

Joanna Dunn

With over two decades of teaching experience, Joanna’s knowledge of yoga, meditation and movement brings a depth and richness to her instruction. Her approach is defined by slow-paced instruction that is accessible and interesting to a wide variety of students of differing ages, abilities and experience levels. While on retreat, Joanna loves to dig into meditation and somatic movement to complement traditional yoga asana practices. A gifted facilitator, Joanna has led retreats in the Pacific Northwest and abroad since 2010. She welcomes new participants to join her friendly, warm student community.
