This Costa Rica yoga and meditation retreat in 2027 is an invitation to remember that you do not need to escape your life—you simply need the space to hear yourself clearly again. When was the last time you felt truly present, unhurried, and fully in your body?
In a culture of constant distraction, our inner wisdom can grow quiet beneath the noise of expectation and endless input. The emails keep coming, the notifications never stop, and somewhere along the way, we lose touch with the steady knowing that lives beneath all of it.
Why This Costa Rica Yoga and Meditation Retreat Offers What You’re Looking For
Hosted at the serene Blue Osa eco-resort on Costa Rica’s pristine Osa Peninsula, this yoga and meditation retreat is a gentle but intentional investment in retraining your attention, calming the nervous system, and remembering the steadiness that already lives within you. This is more than a vacation—it is a simple return to your natural warmth, intuition, and quiet knowing.
Set along three miles of private jungle shoreline where the rainforest meets the Pacific, we invite you to soften, settle, and fully arrive. Here, the rhythm of ocean waves replaces your to-do list. The call of scarlet macaws becomes your morning alarm. And the practice of yoga and meditation—held in an open-air studio steps from the sand—becomes not something you have to do, but something you get to remember.
You will leave this Costa Rica meditation and yoga retreat not with more information, but with more presence. Not with a new identity, but with a clearer sense of who you already are. If you are ready to step out of survival mode and into spaciousness, this retreat is for you.

About Your Instructor
Kristin and Angelica
Kristin Eaton
Kristin Eaton is an explorer of life, guided by curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom. What she once experienced as being “overly sensitive” has become one of her greatest strengths. Her sensitivity allows her to recognize subtle emotional, physical, and energetic patterns and to gently guide others toward clarity, balance, and self-trust.
With more than 30 years of experience, Kristin is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Yoga Therapeutic Specialist, Meditation Teacher, Therapeutic Stretch Specialist, Certified Life and Wellness Coach, and Level II Reiki Practitioner. Her work weaves together movement, breath, energy awareness, and intuitive guidance to help people reconnect with themselves in ways that feel grounded and sustainable.
Kristin believes that modern life often pulls us away from our most authentic selves. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and reflective practice, she creates spaces that are structured yet spacious, allowing participants to soften, regulate, and return to their own inner steadiness. Her teaching is warm, honest, and deeply human, rooted not in performance but in presence. She does not seek to change who you are, but to help you remember the clarity and wisdom already within you.
Angelica Colantuoni
Angelica Colantuoni brings a steady and deeply human presence to this work. She currently serves in corporate leadership and on the USA Boxing Board of Directors, navigating environments where clarity and composure are essential.
Her capacity to remain grounded was shaped long before professional life. As an immigrant navigating early loss, personal challenge, and complex experiences, she developed a quiet understanding of how much the body carries beneath the surface. A former Chicago Golden Gloves champion and boxing coach, she learned that resilience is not about force, but about regulation.
Breathwork, meditation, and embodied awareness became anchors in her own healing and remain part of her daily practice. These tools are not theoretical for her. They are lived.
Throughout the retreat, Angelica offers reflective storytelling drawn from sport, leadership, and personal growth. She is known for her calm, non-judgmental presence, helping others feel seen, understood, and steady in their own process. Her intention is to support the bridge between inner work and everyday life.

“Initially, I was merely a student in Kristin’s group classes, and her energy was so welcoming and healing that I began practicing with her privately. She has profoundly changed my life in such positive ways. My body and mind feel lighter, clearer, and free from anxiety. Honestly, Kristin’s kindness, compassion, and knowledge have been such a gift for me.”
