About Your Yoga Instructors:
Tiffany & Tyler
Combined together, Tiffany & Tyler have been practicing yoga for over 30 years and have been teaching wellness practices for over 20 years.
Yoga came into both of their worlds during times of healing and life transitions. As their practices have matured over the years, they have found a lot of comfort by practicing yoga in a way that focuses on the breath and intentional movement. This allows for a deeper connection to the subtle body and utilizes postures to deepen mindfulness.
Tiffany and Tyler have studied many different lineages of yoga, including traditional Hatha, modern Vinyasa, Iyengar and Tantra. They merge various styles into their teaching methodology to craft suitable practices available to all ability levels.
In addition to teaching yoga, Tiffany is also a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and is passionate about helping people learn how to heal the body naturally to obtain radiant health. She’ll be weaving key principles of holistic health into her teachings throughout the week.
Tiffany & Tyler love to be outdoors, traveling and enjoying the spaces around them wherever they are. Costa Rica is one of their most treasured places on earth and they visit the country as often as possible.
