Lauren has been in the fitness and wellness industry for over a decade. She is RYT200, and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and a trained AFAA group fitness instructor, She has experience teaching Pilates, yoga, strength training, TRX, kickboxing, barre, and cardio dance. She loves being creative in her workouts and finding something that EVERYONE can enjoy!
Carissa has dedicated much of her life to wellness. She is a lifelong learner, fitness enthusiast and athletic hobbyist with a passion for helping others. She is RYT200 and has made it her mission to continuously learn and grow. She loves sharing her learnings and practice with others.
