“ME” Week

Relax, Release, Indulge!

Experience the ultimate gift, giving yourself exactly what you need. We’ll offer you the space and the support to create the week that you need. Engage in what you’d like, leave the rest. Have an active week of adventure experiences or have a week of deep relaxation. Have time to yourself or join in with a wonderful group of women for activity and connection. Sleep in, head out on an adventure, or join us for morning meditation and vinyasa practice.

Late afternoon, we’ll return to the wind-kissed shala for a “restorative” practice.

Or perhaps you’d prefer to read by the pool, play in the waves, explore the beach…In the evening, come together to share the bounty of Blue Osa’s cuisine and share your day with others.

It’s your time.

About Your Yoga Instructors:

Annie Runkle

I came to yoga in my late 30’s in 2000 for physical reasons. I continued on and started teaching for the more profound effects. This stuff is magic. It’s soul salve. It’s the balm that finally calmed my Beast. I completed my 200-hour TT with Jennifer Elliott and Sandra Pleasants in 2005. I completed a 300-hour Yoga Therapy Training with Inner Peace Yoga Therapy in 2011. I am a 500 RYT and CT. Along the way, I have taken many workshops with many shiny souls. My classes are creative, playful, and inclusive. If you are breathing intentionally and moving mindfully with amazement, all will be well! Oh, and there is music, too.

MaryLewis Meador

I fell hard for yoga at first class—the space it creates in my mind and in my body, and the lovely peace that lingers beyond the mat. A 500-hour RYT and CYT, I completed my 200-hour TT with Jennifer Elliott and Sandra Pleasants in 2004 and a 300-hour Yoga Therapy Training with Inner Peace Yoga Therapy in 2011. There have been many enlightening workshops, classes, students, and teachers. My classes are flow-based, with modifications and challenges appropriate for all levels. My aim is to help others find joy, freedom, peace, and fun in yoga.
