About Your Yoga Instructor:
Tracy Strash
Tracy has been teaching yoga in the Pacific Northwest area since 2015. She is a 300 hour certified yoga teacher and leader. Tracy discovered yoga by being a student first, she was called to become a teacher and inspired to create a community of wellness and connection accesible to everyone. She continued her education through Institute of Integrative Nutrition and became a certified health and wellness coach. Tracy was further motivated to found Lifestyle and Wellness Connection an online platform that offers yoga & coaching services, retreats and workshops and also supports other entrepreneurs by featuring them on her LWC website. Tracy has been the owner of Be One Yoga Studio since September 1, 2021. Tracy loves combining her education, work experience, training and love for health and wellness to create an inclusive community of connection for everyone.
