Initiate your inner revolution through mindful movement & meditation. Step outside of your comfort zone and into yourself physically and emotionally.

Now is the time! The external world has shifted and changed; now is the time to turn inward and focus on YOU.

We invite you to step outside of your comfort zone and into yourself physically and emotionally.
What does inner revolution look like for you?

Don’t let Taylor’s naturally playful spirit fool you. He is a yoga & movement specialist embodying a yogic lifestyle since 2009. Taylor has spent years studying Ashtanga, Bikram, and Tantric Yoga. Due to the varied lineage that Taylor has experienced, he brings a unique eye to the practices that help him see what might best serve you. Taylor leads teacher training in Maine and Washington State and leads international retreats bi-annually. If you want to find Taylor outside of the shala, it will be in the ocean, on the ski slopes or enjoying time with his partner Darby and their Goldendoodle Nala. “As a non-yoga student, I came on this retreat with my partner, I didn’t participate in every yoga session but didn’t feel excluded. The classes were accessible for my experience level. Taylor made learning the basics easy and made me comfortable to incorporate more yoga in the future.”
— Jason
“I can’t say enough good things about the retreat!! I had a once in a lifetime experience with some truly authentic people!! I love the level of instruction I received from Taylor and Andrea. Overall, I can’t stop talking about how Costa Rica feels like it has a 'home' in my heart and how much I loved spending time there.”
— Stacy
“I appreciated how we always did a form of yoga, but it wasn’t super strict, you listened to us and how our bodies were feeling and taught a class that was adequate for us. I really enjoyed this experience! I met a lot of great people of all ages. Allowed myself to be vulnerable and get the most out of my time away.”
— Cristina
