Infinite Possibilities Yoga, and Deepak Chopra-designed Meditation Retreat

Tap into your utmost potential, creativity, and boundless joy through a week of invigorating Vinyasa Yoga, Recharging Restorative/Yin Yoga, and Mantra-based Primordial Sound Meditation* Training designed by the Chopra-center.

According to ancient yogic wisdom, when we learn to access our inner resource, we are able to experience pure consciousness where our potential is limitless, our creativity bountiful, our joy abundant. In this state of expanded consciousness, there is a shift that happens. We shift from an “Object-Referral State” where our happiness depends on materials, objects, people around us and our social conditioning to a “Self-Referral State” where we become independent of objects around us to attain true joy and fulfillment in life. In this self-referral state, we respond to situations rather than react, we make decisions aligned with our true calling, we unlock the infinite possibilities that reside within us. In the “Infinite Possibilities Retreat,” we will learn to use different tools to help access this Self-Referral state through mantra-based meditation, yoga practices, breath work, full immersion in nature which will help reset our circadian rhythm so it is synched with the paradise we will be living in. This retreat is designed to discover your body’s own inner intelligence, access your bursts of inspiration, and your most intuitive thoughts so when you go back to your daily life, you can have a lifelong experience of living with the deepest sense of connection to Universe

Huma’s retreats draw yogi’s from all around the world. In addition to a transformational experience that will recharge you, expect to form lifelong friendships with people who share the love of yoga and meditation.

“I had the pleasure to attend Huma Yoga Retreat in Costa Rica. It was a fantastic experience. The setting was unbeatable, beach, ocean breeze, and sound when practicing and great sunsets for meditation. There were 2 practices a day, the morning vinyasa and evening restorative. Huma was a wonderful teacher, giving tons of adjustments and help you make the most of your practice. Her voice and guidance was fantastic. I am not experienced yogi, and she made sure that I made the most out of my practice. In addition to being a great yoga coach, she is such a kind and wonderful human. I very much recommend any class or retreat she organizes. I am sad i cannot practice more often with her as we live in different cities, but follow her current on-line classes on Instagram. Thank you Huma!”

“I discovered Huma after a lot of trial and error, having recently moved to Newport Beach from New York and searching desperately for a new studio. It took me 8 months but so happy i finally found her at Ekam Yoga. I take her 90-minute vinyasa flow every Sunday morning and it adds some sanity back to my weekend. I also take her 60-minute hot vinyasa on Wednesday mornings. Her classes are challenging enough that I get a nice workout but also allow for me to relax and focus on my practice. She is incredibly patient, intelligent, and inspirational. - I even followed her to Costa Rica on a yoga retreat this spring that was phenomenally led and incredibly rejuvenating for both mind & body. So lucky to have her nearby. Cannot recommend her enough!”
— Erin S., Newport Beach, CA
“Huma is an incredibly wise and genuine yoga teacher, leader and guru. Her knowledge about the connections between the mind, body and spirit are influential and deeply transformative. Attending her yoga retreat was the best decision I’ve made for my health and well-being! Huma’s wisdom and teachings have profoundly impacted my yoga practice on and off the mat. I highly recommend booking a class and/or a yoga retreat with Huma as she will always leave your soul feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to embrace life to its fullest potential.”

“Huma is a true diamond in the modern world of yoga. Her presence carries radiant joy and love, and she has a genuine passion to increase the well-being of those around her via holistic modalities. The first time I took one of her classes I could immediately tell she had a very mature and deep understanding of yoga. Her credentials (500 HR YTT, certified yoga therapist, etc.) allow her to bring a level of guidance and wisdom that isn't commonly found in most class settings. I was so impressed with her teaching that I decided to go on one of her Costa Rica yoga retreats, and it was truly life-shifting (I mean that seriously). I came back home feeling like a new/better person. If you need a mental/physical reset, I would highly recommend attending one. Thank you Huma for following your calling and blessing us with your humility, love, and teaching. ”
