“I would like to send you a quick note to thank you for the week in Costa Rica. It was the first time i have been on a Yoga retreat. Being new to Yoga, having only done it for the last year, I was a bit apprehensive about joining people I did not know and who I assumed were at a much more advance level than I. You immediately put my concerns to rest. My practice changed at an amazing pace under your tuition, making sure I was holding poses correctly and guiding me at every turn. I learnt so much in such a short time that it has given me the confidence to develop a life’s practice. I truly thank you for the tuition, guidance and encouragement you showed me. I would love to do it again and look forward to hearing about any further retreats that you might be considering.”
