I guide individuals and groups towards thriving through classes, workshops and retreats with the tools of yoga, philosophy workshops – my favorite!! and mindfulness practice that elevates the inner environment. We release stress, become aware of thoughts and habitual patterns, support the nervous system, and soak in the greatness of being supported in the community. We free up energy – expanding our comfort zone, we come to know our own great potential.”
