About Your Yoga Instructors:
Brenda C. Eppley
Brenda was first introduced to yoga more than twenty years ago and became serious about her practice while searching for relief from chronic back pain. The yogic tools and methodology that she learned placed her on a pain-free path of unexpected fulfillment.
With and abundance of positive energy, Brenda’s dedication to educating students about the many benefits of yoga motivated the creation of the “Yoga Discovery Podcast.” She is passionate about bringing new practitioners to the mat while cultivating a knowledgeable awareness that enhances the experienced students evolving journey.
Teaching from an informed perspective, she believes that diving more deeply into the philosophies, traditions, and history of yoga has a transformative ability to shape our health and well-being in every respect.
Gail Frassetta
Gail began her yoga journey in 2010, taking her first class to balance out running and soccer.
She practiced many styles but was particularly drawn to the challenge of Ashtanga. Gail soon realized there was so much more to learn and explore in yoga. She is currently interested in functional mobility.
Gail creates thoughtful flows for her classes that encourage you to explore how your body moves and invites you to explore the line between effort and ease.
