Soul Nourishment & Renewal: An 8-Day Hatha Yoga Retreat in Costa Rica

Renew, recharge, and regenerate in Nature’s Sanctuary

Immersed in Nature’s sanctuary, this oceanside Hatha Yoga retreat will support your body, heart, mind & soul to renew, nourish and strengthen. We will begin 2023 together with practices, community, and Nature. Each day’s practice will intelligently lead us deeper into our own transformation to fortify ourselves at a deeper layer. Classes will be woven with rich insight through the wisdom of Patanjali Yoga Sutras to compliment the process.

In the summer season of Costa Rica on the awe-inspiring Osa Peninsula, we will follow the path towards home inside of ourselves through playfulness, self-reflection & honoring the sacred. The practice of Yoga in Nature reflects to us the deep innate wisdom and remembrance which lies within each of us. This retreat is a call to heal, a call to remember, a call to fortify. The practice of Yoga is a process in which we literally come to land in ourselves; remembering ourselves as a whole.

Blue Osa, a retreat center dedicated to deep healing and personal growth, is located on the Osa Peninsula, one of the most biodiverse places on the planet. In the jungle, 50 yards from a secluded beach. The heavenly scent of Ylang Ylang flowers will draw your senses into deeper integration, the ongoing symphony of birds will lighten your heart and the sound of the ocean will lull you to sleep in. Nourishing food and lovely accommodations make this a perfect place to experience deep soul nourishment & renewal.

This is an all-level retreat.

All activities are optional to give you permission to take the space you need to embody the intention of soul nourishment & renewal.

“Attending the Costa Rica yoga retreat with Deb was incredibly grounding, fulfilling and the perfect way to start a new year. Deb is such an amazing light in this world. Her energy, her endless knowledge of the teachings of yoga, and her nurturing spirit helped to connect me to a deeper place in my practice and in my life. I loved it so much I can't wait to take my husband next year and make this an annual tradition to welcome a new year and a fresh start. I will be forever grateful for this trip and what it has brought to my mind, body and spirit.”

“As a student of Deb’s yoga classes for the past 5 years, I have found her to be an extraordinary teacher. Deb has the rare gift of holding a container for her students allowing each to feel seen and cared for according to their own needs. Deb effortlessly connects the spiritual practice of yoga with the physical and challenges her students to lean more deeply into the postures through the teachings of the yoga sutras. Her classes always give you something to take into your day for reflection and practice. My posture and alignment have improved significantly under Deb’s expert guidance. I highly recommend experiencing yoga with Deb Buck.”
