Twice daily classes which will be a combination of Muscle & Flow (my hip hop yoga), inversion or arm balance workshops, TRX for Yoga, TRX strength/bootcamp, strength based circuits, bootcamps.

About Your Yoga Teacher and Host



Shauna is a self-proclaimed nerd, hip-hop head, jock, and yogi. A graduate of Stanford, UCLA and Johns Hopkins, she simultaneously pursued academics and fitness obtaining her PhD in Public Health and teaching fitness classes across the country. Through her unique style and authenticity that blends her love for hip hop, wellness, yoga and knowledge of public health, Shauna has created a brand of her own, making her one of the most influential fitness profiles on Instagram and sought after partner for leading brands.

Not only is Shauna the creator of Muscle + Flow, she is an Adjunct Associate Professor for Johns Hopkins and served as a panelist for multiple universities and organizations covering the subject of Fitness, Yoga, Wellness and Public Health. She runs the #SWEATADAY challenge and set up a SWEATADAYTM scholarship to encourage people of all ages and backgrounds to get out and move. Shauna is also a member of the MindBodyGreen Collective and a contributing writer for Yoga Digest.




What is a typical day?

Sweaty morning yoga sessions followed by guided meditation and journaling time/intention setting. During the day there will be free time to surf, go on an excursion or chill and unwined by the beach/pool. In the evenings there will be a restorative yoga class before dinner. Socialize or relish in quiet time.

Here’s what a typical day might look like:

7:30 Light Breakfast
8:00-9:30 Yoga asana practice and meditation
9:30-4:00 FREE TIME
12:00 Lunch
4:00-5:30 Yoga practice and meditation
6:30 Dinner
