Embody Your Soul Retreat with Cathleen

An invitation to rejuvenate yourSelf and embody your spirit through the practice of Energy Medicine and Yin Yoga

This is a retreat for the exploration of embodiment through the intuitive lens. Our bodies sense and know long before our minds can begin to understand. This retreat will explore the intelligent landscape of the physical and energetic bodies and their vast capacity to guide us through our lives. Soul based living brings health, prosperity, joy and love.

This is a retreat offered through the collaboration of Cathleen Wasielewski, RCST®, MIM® and Dr. Mary Sanders,DC, MIM®. Together we will offer teachings of soulful embodiment through a deep dive into the felt sense of the body’s intuitive nature with teachings of Energy Medicine, Yoga, Meditation and more.

It is as it should be that Cathleen and Mary have come together to be your nurturing and grounded co-facilitators for this retreat. Our collaboration was motivated by the same spiritual force that guided us both to inner healing and to study Intuition Medicine®. We discovered that the truth of our healing was that our deepest spiritual essence had always been within us so we journeyed inward to embrace our true essence. This retreat is designed to open sacred healing space for beautiful spirits just like you … for the reclamation of your original essence.

About Your Yoga Instructor(s):

Cathleen Wasielewski

Cathleen completed the Master of Intuition Medicine® program in 2019 after 2 years of study with the Academy of Intuition Medicine® in Sausalito California. This education was the culmination of many years of deep personal and spiritual study that has spanned over a conventional medical education leading to a 25 year career in pharmacy to personal self study in complementary medicine and the healing arts and onward into 10 years of study and teaching in the traditions of a variety of styles of yoga and meditation. December 2021 brought advanced certification in the art of Somatic Awakening® and Gestalt Therapy. May of 2022 has marked the completion of certification and registration as a Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist ~ RCST®.

Cathleen had known from a very young age that intuition and spiritual acknowledgement is a valuable aspect of true healing. For any completeness of healing of bodily dis-ease we must consider embodiment which brings attention to the many layers of one’s energy body, emotional body and spiritual body.
