As a Yogini, life is the perfect opportunity to practice, yoga is the practice.
I found myself in a yoga class over 25 years ago, I embraced this movement and meditation with my soul. Many facets of this ancient practice have presented themself to me and I am called to share them with you.
Movement and mantra, along with stillness and silence can be the remedy for the chaos in which we navigate life. 25+ years as a student and practitioner, 12+ years certified and many hours of training under my belt, having co-guided 5 YTT’s and more to come…. sit with me, I’ll share the practice, learn, teach me as I am always a student, we can grow together. Liesl Hasenfuss, MSPT, CYT
Liesl has been a physical therapist for over 20 years with specialties in pelvic floor rehabilitation and more recently in functional movement assessment and retraining.
Liesl has a passion for blending her professional wisdom with the joys and blessings of yoga. She believes that while physical therapy provides us with anatomical knowledge, the practice of yoga awakens the awareness of divinity and the willingness to treat the physical body with compassion. Through yoga classes and one on one sessions, utilizing props and therapy balls for self-massage, she provides detailed guidance in embodied anatomy that allows practitioners to feel their way into muscular balance and symmetrical alignment.
