About Your Yoga Instructor(s):
JM “Shivani Devi” Belzile, CYT
As a Yogini, life is the perfect opportunity to practice, yoga is the practice.
I found myself in a yoga class over 25 years ago, I embraced this movement and meditation with my soul. Many facets of this ancient practice have presented themself to me and I am called to share them with you.
Movement and mantra, along with stillness and silence can be the remedy for the chaos in which we navigate life. 25+ years as a student and practitioner, 12+ years certified and many hours of training under my belt, having co-guided 5 YTT’s and more to come…. sit with me, I’ll share the practice, learn, teach me as I am always a student, we can grow together. Namaste
