Starfruit Healing Properties:

Ingredients:

  • 3 starfruits freshly picked in the garden
  • 1 cilantro leave
  • 3 leaves of mint or lemon hierbabuena plant
  • 2 cups of water
  • cinnamon

How to make Starfruit Juice ingrediants

Preparation:

  1. Trim off the ends of star fruits, chop the rest and put into a blender or just muddle really well.
  2. Pour fresh water and blend it all until smooth.
  3. Add mint and cilantro leaves.
  4. Add cinnamon to taste and blend or muddle for another second.
  5. Serve in a glass.
